Merging tradition with innovation, Ottawa University has been providing a high quality liberal arts education to students for more than 140 years. Based in Ottawa, Kansas, Ottawa University opened its first adult campus in 1974 in Greater Kansas City. Since then, additional campuses focusing on the needs of working adults have been established in Arizona, Indiana, and Wisconsin, as well as online.
Since 1977, Ottawa University has been serving the Valley of the Sun with a full complement of campus-based services, including admissions, financial aid, full-time faculty, and academic advising. Courses are offered at a variety of times at three campuses in the greater Phoenix area: Phoenix, Chandler, and now the Communiversity in Surprise. Online degree programs are also available. A new term begins every eight weeks, with no outside study groups required.
Ottawa University offers a wide range of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, including business, education, human services, health care management, counseling, and many more. All programs are designed to help adult learners lead lives of greater personal significance, inspired leadership, exemplary service, and enlightened faith.
